Very Pleasant Experience
I have ordered the Stomp Luxe All-in-One Premium i-Size Travel System with ISOFIX Base and although I have not yet used the system, I am confident it will be amazing.
I additionally ordered an extra ISOFIX Base. In order to ensure I was getting the correct additional base, I got in touch with Ickle Bubba and was lucky enough to correspond with Sarah, the Digital Messaging Specialist.
She not only assisted me in confirming which base I needed but also very kindly applied a discount for me given that I had already purchased the full travel system. This, as I am sure many can imagine, was an enormous help.
I am very pleased with the service I have received from Sarah and hope other customers are also lucky enough to have such a pleasant customer service experience with Ickle Bubba.
I'm looking forward to using the Stomp Luxe for my first child due in March! I couldn't have wished for a nicer travel system.

I ordered my Eclipse pram a year ago, and have been using it for 8 months. I absolutely love it. I recently noticed that the hood was damaged and the metalwork was protruding. I emailed Ickle Bubba straight away and within only one day Francesca had sorted my problem and a new replacement hood has been sent out for us. I am so impressed with their customer service and how quick Francesca was able to sort our issue for us. One of the easiest and best Customer Services I have experienced!
Delays in shipment due to lack of contact and responsibility
Hi, it's a review about their customers service rather than product.

My due date is in the 16th of February.
I purchased Eclipse travel system with Mercury car seat form eBay Ickle bubba on the 8th of January.
On the next day I was informed that car seat is not in stock and will be sent at teh end of that week.
Unfortunately I'm still waiting for car seat, after numerous calls and emails to them.
They offered me different car seat cause the one I wanted and paid for will be in stock on the 13th of February.
I accepted due to my due date coming quickly. The car seat supposed to be sent 3days ago. After phone todays phone call they said they will be sending it today for delivery on Monday.
Another delays and still my order is not complete! Lack of contact and responsibility from Ickle Bubba, do not care about their customers at all!

Ickle Bubba Travel Set and Bubba Pod
First time purchasing from Ickle Bubba and I am so pleased with my purchases. Amazing value for money, great product, definitely would recommend! Especailly for new parents looking for trustable, good value for money products. At first we recieved incorrect parts but customer service was great and kept good contact and easily replaced whatever was needed. The branding and quality of the products with the price tag is unbeatable in current market. Looking forward to seeing their new products.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff
I had a query regarding the replacement of a travel system hood. Tyler was able to explain how I could fit the hood to my current system and was able to order me a compatible, thicker fabric only replacement (online it was saying they were out of stock which I later learned was due to not having rods). Previously I have received excellent support when dealing with a query about by brake bar. Highly recommended.

Recently brought my pushchair from Ickle Bubba and am so pleased with the pushchair along with the excellent customer service that I received. There was some issues regarding shipping, however, from the very beginning Francesca responded to my emails promptly and supported me through the process. The issue was quickly resolved thanks to Francesca who went above and beyond to give me the best quality of service to ensure that I had my pushchair in a timely manner.

We have been dealing with Emily with a brake problem on a gravity buggy
We have been dealing with Emily with regards to an issue with a Gravity buggy. The customer service we received was amazing (that is putting it mildly). Prompt response to our questions and rapid action with excellent e mail correspondence to keep us informed of progress. A lot of companies could learn a lot about customer service from Ickle Bubba and Emily especially. She is a credit to the company.
Excellent service regarding replacement parts
I contacted Ickle Bubba about replacement parts for my V4, as the fabric was damaged on a flight. Tyler responded very quickly and answered all my questions, providing information on how I could change the colour using a colour pack from another version of the pram. We absolutely love how the pram looks and it feels brand new again! The service was amazing from start to finish, and I couldn’t believe how quick delivery was. Thanks so much Tyler!

Francesca answered my many and possibly tedious questions with great detail and advice.
Yes, it was in Francesca interest to advise so that I would purchase but I never felt it was a business transaction.
Francesca is the prime example of what customer service should be.
Francesca was a beacon of excellence and an absolute credit, not only to Ickle Bubba, but the whole of the retail sector/customer services.
As a direct result of Francesca, I placed an order including an additional item and will give another review upon delivery.
